IPurpose

Create scoped Codex handoff prompts that another Codex run can execute without guessing or drifting.

IIWorkflow

  1. Gather goal, context, constraints, and done criteria.
  2. Classify the work as skill, harness, kernel, pipeline, template, example, script, system file, or package metadata.
  3. Lock allowed and forbidden changes.
  4. List files to inspect and files to change.
  5. Require validation commands and final reporting.
  6. Include a stop condition for confidence below 95%.
